BriggsBrain is an educational and awareness initiative focused on developing awareness and responsible decision-making among students through structured assessments and learning activities.

The subjects, syllabus, assessment pattern, eligibility, schedule, examination mode, and program benefits may vary depending on the particular program or academic session.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By using www.briggsbrain.com , you agree to:

  1. Comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Provide accurate and complete information wherever registration is required.
  3. Use the website and its services only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
  4. Follow all assessment, examination, school, and program-specific instructions.

Where the participant is a minor, the parent/legal guardian and/or participating school shall ensure that the participant's registration and participation are appropriately authorized.

3 Student Registration

  1. Students may register directly or through their participating school, teacher, parent, guardian, or authorized coordinator, depending on the applicable program.
  2. Registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  3. BriggsBrain may request verification of student, school, class, or registration information.
  4. BriggsBrain reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration where information is found to be false, incomplete, misleading, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
  5. Registration does not automatically guarantee any rank, prize, award, visit, scholarship, or other benefit unless expressly stated in the applicable program rules.

4 School Participation

Where a BriggsBrain program is conducted through a school:

  • The school may coordinate student registrations.
  • The school may facilitate fee collection where applicable.
  • The school may coordinate examination schedules and arrangements.
  • The school may nominate a teacher/coordinator for communication with BriggsBrain.
  • The school shall provide accurate information relating to participating students.
  • BriggsBrain may communicate with the school, authorized coordinator, parent/guardian, or student regarding the program.

BriggsBrain may modify examination schedules or arrangements due to administrative, technical, academic, governmental, or other unavoidable circumstances.

5 Assessment and Examination Rules

Participants must follow all instructions issued for the applicable BriggsBrain assessment.

The following may be treated as examination misconduct:

  • Cheating or attempting to cheat.
  • Using unauthorized assistance or material.
  • Impersonation.
  • Sharing examination questions or answers without authorization.
  • Manipulating examination or registration information.
  • Using unauthorized electronic or technological assistance.
  • Any other activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage.

โš ๏ธ Examination Integrity: Where misconduct is established, BriggsBrain may cancel the assessment attempt, withhold results, cancel ranking/certification, or disqualify the participant from the applicable program, subject to applicable law.

6 Assessment Pattern and Syllabus

BriggsBrain may determine and modify:

  • Assessment syllabus
  • Number of questions
  • Question format
  • Duration
  • Maximum marks
  • Examination mode
  • Evaluation methodology
  • Tie-breaking criteria
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Assessment schedule

Any program-specific rules communicated to participants or schools shall apply to that particular assessment.

7 Results and Rankings

  1. Results shall be prepared according to the applicable assessment and evaluation methodology.
  2. Rankings may be determined on the basis of marks, scores, tie-breaking criteria, time taken, or other criteria announced for the relevant program.
  3. BriggsBrain may conduct verification before declaring final rankings or awards.
  4. In the event of an apparent technical, administrative, or evaluation error, BriggsBrain may review the relevant records and make appropriate corrections.
  5. Participation in an assessment does not guarantee a particular rank or score.

BriggsBrain's final determination regarding assessment results shall apply subject to applicable law and any specific grievance/redressal process communicated for the relevant program.

8 Certificates

Depending on the applicable program, BriggsBrain may provide:

  • Participation certificates
  • Achievement certificates
  • Merit certificates
  • Rank certificates
  • School recognition certificates
  • Other awards or recognition

Certificate eligibility may depend on participation, attendance, assessment completion, score, ranking, or other applicable criteria.

BriggsBrain may correct or reissue a certificate where a genuine administrative or printing error is identified.

9 Prizes, Awards and Educational Visits

  1. Eligibility shall be determined according to the rules announced for that program.
  2. BriggsBrain may verify the participant's identity, school, class, score, ranking, and other relevant details before providing the benefit.
  3. Parents/legal guardians may be required to provide consent for minors participating in educational visits or other activities.
  4. Travel, transportation, accommodation, documentation, parental consent, and other requirements may apply separately to an educational visit.
  5. BriggsBrain may reasonably substitute an announced prize or benefit if circumstances require such substitution.
  6. No prize or benefit shall be transferable unless specifically permitted by BriggsBrain.

10 Fees and Payments

  1. The applicable fee shall be communicated before registration/payment.
  2. Payments should be made only through officially authorized payment channels.
  3. BriggsBrain shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals, unofficial bank accounts, fraudulent links, or unofficial payment channels.
  4. Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or other charges, if any, shall be communicated during the payment process.
  5. Payment confirmation may be subject to successful receipt and verification of the transaction.

11 Cancellation and Refunds
